Dr. Thomas Vinson
DVMDr. Thomas Vinson is originally from Virginia Beach, VA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (Virginia Tech) in 2008. After practicing for two years in Charlottesville, VA, he decided to pursue further training.
Dr. Vinson completed a rotating medicine and surgery internship at Georgia Veterinary Specialists in Atlanta, GA followed by an emergency and critical care internship at VCA Veterinary Referral Associates in Gaithersburg, MD. He remained at VCA for a second year as a staff emergency veterinarian before heading to Los Angeles where he completed a cardiology internship at Animal Specialty and Emergency Center. Dr. Vinson joined the team in 2015 and feels passionate about providing quality veterinary care for your pets. In his free time, Dr. Vinson enjoys friends and family, hiking, camping, and playing a variety of sports.
